Job Description
A global biotechnology company is looking for an experienced transactional lawyer to join their in-house legal team to support the expanding business in China on a base of Shanghai. You will assist with strategic transactions and M&A deals.
Requirements
You must be PRC qualified with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE in a variety of complex M&A or joint venture transactions. A detailed-oriented and dynamic team player with an overseas legal education background plus experience in corporate law and contract drafting and interpretation preferred. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin is required. REF: 16110/VTA
