Job Description
This global life sciences company is seeking a high-caliber Legal Counsel to be part of their China legal team to support the expanding business. You will support legal and compliance-related matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory requirements, dispute resolution, daily business operations, and project developments.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be PRC qualified with at least 6 years’ PQE of corporate and commercial work, preferably gained in the life science and medical device industry. Overseas legal education is highly desirable. Fluent English and Mandarin skills are required for the role. REF: 16109/VTA
