Tiwari had joined the formerly named Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co’s Mumbai office in June 2007, after graduation, and was with the firm until May 2016.
Tiwari has represented Indian and multinational companies on fintech, banking, broker-dealer, exchange, asset management and speciality finance issues, and information/emerging technology companies on transactional, enforcement and regulatory matters.
His transactional practice focus is on public and private M&A, capital raising, commercial agreements and activism matters.
