Boss & Young Attorneys at Law has opened the Jiaxing office, its third branch in Zhejiang province, creating a robust service cluster in the Yangtze River Delta region with its Shanghai, Nanjing, Ningbo and Hangzhou branches.
The new branch focuses on various areas such as international law, intellectual property rights protection, information security and data privacy, new energy, environmental, social, and corporate governance, and the digital economy. It will continue to expand its services to dispute resolution, M&A and overseas investments.
Partner Zhong Wei, who heads the new branch, hopes the Jiaxing office can be among the top law local firms in terms of revenue, size and professionalism within three to five years.
Jiaxing, one of the most important cities in the Yangtze River Delta region, is near Shanghai and Hangzhou. The city has recorded a GDP of RMB673.9 billion (USD95.3 billion), ranking fifth in Zhejiang province in 2022.
