Media and entertainment lawyer Kuo rejoined the firm from Latham & Watkins, where he was a counsel in Hong Kong. He also has experience as in-house counsel at the Walt Disney Company in Beijing, and in hosting and producing radio programmes.
Leveraged and acquisition finance lawyer Ching joined from Shearman & Sterling, where he was a counsel. Ching has represented banks, credit funds and alternative capital providers, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers on a variety of large-cap and middle-market financing transactions.
Zhang joined from Covington, where she was an of counsel. She has extensive experience in international energy and infrastructure projects with a focus on nuclear, renewable, hydro power, thermal power, and transmission and distribution networks.
