A team of five lawyers has left Wadia Ghandy & Co to join the Mumbai office of AZB & Partners. Anand Shah, who was a partner at Wadia Ghandy, joins AZB on a defined path to partnership. He is accompanied by Shriram Shah, Ishan Handa, Pratik Desai and Sarah Mohan, all of whom have joined AZB as associates. The five lawyers specialize in banking, finance and mergers and acquisitions.
