Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level Associate to obtain career development at a leading Asia Pacific investment funds practice in Singapore. Our client, a White-Shoe law firm, is seeking an ambitious lawyer looking to make a long-term career commitment to investment funds.
Job Requirements
- Ideally, you are a Common Law or US-qualified lawyer with experience in PE-style fund formation and co-investment transactions with an international law firm.
