Appleby has welcomed Damon Booth and Yan Zeng to the Hong Kong office reinforcing the firm’s commitment to delivering exceptional legal services in the region.
Booth is a member of the dispute resolution practice group making a strategic move from the Cayman Island office to Hong Kong as counsel. He has a background in commercial litigation, fund disputes, restructuring and cross-border insolvency. His clientele includes multinational corporations, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals.
Zeng is the legal manager of the Hong Kong corporate team, bringing a wealth of experience in advising on investment funds, asset management and regulatory matters. She specialises in the structuring, formation, and the operation of private equity, venture capital, hedge, and Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) authorised funds.
