Wintell & Co has opened in Shenzhen, the first branch since the firm’s merger with Gongcheng in October, with senior partner Luan Qiwen heading the new branch.
Previously, Wintell & Co told China Business Law Journal that the new office will provide services including dispute resolution, M&A, tax, insolvency management and real estate construction, which would add to the appeal among clients drawn to the maritime business.
The firm will also have a presence in Beijing, while the Wuhan and Nanning branches are in the pipeline.
