Dua Associates advised Fourth Partner Energy when it recently raised USD125 million in equity funding from Norway’s development finance institution, Norfund, and an existing shareholder, The Rise Fund, which is one of seven PE funds operated by TPG.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Norfund, while Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised TPG. The deal was signed on 30 June.

In April, Hyderabad-based Fourth Partner Energy had received INR2.5 billion (USD33.5 million) from CDC Group, the UK’s development finance institution.
