Head of Legal/Senior Legal Counsel – Leading Energy Firm, Taiwan
My client is a leading and growing Energy Firm and we are recruiting for a Head of Legal/Senior Legal Counsel to be based in the Taiwan office. You will be given the opportunity to support the business on all legal related matters in the region, and work closely with stakeholders in the market. We are looking for candidates who are looking to scale their career in a leading name in the industry and scale up with the business.
Job Requirements
- Head Legal/Senior Counsel in Taiwan’s energy firm.
- Negotiate, draft contracts, ensure compliance with policies, advise on M&A, projects, and joint ventures.
- Law degree, 8+ years experience, energy focus, bilingual.
