Job Description
Offer legal counsel on corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and risk. Draft, review, negotiate contracts, and collaborate on mergers, joint ventures, and partnerships. Monitor legal changes, represent in proceedings, and maintain relationships.
Job Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of PQE.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial transactions, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
