Our client is a licensed and established brokerage regionally headquartered in Singapore. They operate across several verticals and licenses within APAC. The business is growing, they have a proven & successful track record in over the years. We are hiring for an APAC Compliance Head to be based in Singapore.
Job Requirements
- Lead regulatory compliance with MAS, ASIC, JFSA, and SFC.
- Develop manuals, policies, and procedures, assess regulatory risks, and conduct reviews and trainings.
- 10+ years brokerage compliance, stakeholder engagement, understanding of relevant regulations, strong communication, and motivation.
