KZ Kuriyan has joined as a partner in the general corporate practice at the Bengaluru office of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM).
Kuriyan focuses on M&A transactions, private equity investments, exits, joint ventures and general corporate commercial matters. He also specialises in advising private equity funds, and Indian and international corporations on intricate cross-border transactions.
He also works in the real estate, logistics, and IT/ITES sectors. He serves as legal counsel for various Indian and international corporate entities and investment funds, providing insights into transaction structuring, entry and exit strategies, foreign direct investments, overseas direct investments, and various aspects of general corporate commercial work.
Kuriyan’s role extends to facilitating collaboration between entities, focusing on compliance with legal frameworks, and strategic guidance on the entire spectrum of corporate transactions.
