Liu, who previously practised at Commerce & Finance Law Offices and JunHe, focuses on investment and financing, M&A, capital markets, private equity funds and dispute resolution. His major clients included state-owned and private funds and companies.
Liu has represented many national industrial-oriental funds in their investments in private equity funds, covering projects across various sectors such as culture and media, internet, steel, real estate, education, aviation, energy, tourism, medicine and environmental protection.
