Silkroad, Anchorite & Sage Law Firm has expanded its mainland presence by opening a Shanghai office and adding new partner Lucca Li, who will boost the banking and finance business.
Partner Kevin Yuan – who joined Silkroad, Anchorite and Sage in July – will head the Shanghai branch, which is the fourth in the firm’s portfolio, following the Beijing, Xi’an and Shenzhen offices.
Li specialises in banking and finance, cross-border M&A and regulatory compliance. She is also qualified to practice in the domestic banking and securities industry.
Apart from her experience at Haiwen & Partners, AllBright Law Offices and Baker McKenzie FenXun, Li had worked at Standard Chartered Bank (China) and UBS Securities as an in-house counsel.
