Zhong Lun Law Firm adds equity partner Wen Ye to the Shanghai office, strengthening its capital markets, M&A and financing sectors.
Wen was a partner at Grandway Law Offices, V&T Law Firm and S&P Law Firm, and also was an independent director at software supplier YGSoft, Guizhou Guihang Automotive Components and Zhejiang Shengyang Science and Technology. She has more than 20 years of securities law experience and has dealt with matters in the domestic capital markets, investment and financing, corporate governance and M&A.
She has advised on many IPOs including Hainan Strait Shipping, making it the national first roll-on roll-off transport listed company; Telink Semiconductor, which is ranked second in global shipments of Bluetooth chips; and digital transformation leader Troy Information Technology.
Wen also acted for various influential A-share M&A and restructuring projects, such as the first listed company acquiring the offshore assets of its parent, the first cross-border M&A of a listed company, and the first commercial property M&A among real estate firms.
Her clients are from various sectors, including IT, chips and semiconductors, new materials, energy and biomedicine.
