Clifford Chance hired white-collar expert Vasu Muthyala as a partner in its litigation and dispute resolution practice in Singapore.

Muthyala, who is a former US Department of Justice prosecutor and US Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement lawyer, moved from Hong Kong, where he was a partner at Kobre & Kim for more than seven years.
With a focus on US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations, anti-money laundering, sanctions and securities fraud, Muthyala brings more than 20 years of experience in cross-border government investigations and regulatory enforcement matters. His addition will strengthen the firm’s Asia-Pacific litigation team.
