UK law firms Clyde & Co and Barlow Lyde & Gilbert are set to merge on 1 November.

Clyde & Co has an active India practice group as a result of its previous affiliation with Mumbai-headquarted ALMT Legal and its current partnership with Clasis Law. In June, Clyde & Co and Barlow Lyde & Gilbert were both identified by India Business Law Journal as being among the leading foreign law firms for India-related work (see IBLJ, volume 5, issue 1).
