Job Description
This is a rare and unique opportunity for senior lawyers with excellent leadership and communication skills to join a key financial institution in Hong Kong. Our client is seeking professionals with substantial listings experience and an interest in policy development and operational improvements at management level.
Requirements
You must have at least 10 years’ experience of handling IPO work gained in law, corporate finance, or investment banking. Familiarity with Hong Kong listing rules and the securities industry is essential, as are strong interpersonal skills, an analytical mind, and sound commercial sense. Fluent written and spoken English is essential, and Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese skills would be hugely advantageous. REF: 16537/VTA
