A top US law firm is urgently looking to add a US capital markets staff attorney for its Beijing / Hong Kong office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on both US DCM and ECM transactions with leading partners in the fields. ABLJ8671
Requirements
Ideal candidates should have a US JD from a top US law school with a US qualification (or passed the US Bar exam). Strong US JD fresh graduate will also be considered. The role will offer US associate track to the right candidates. Native Mandarin and fluent English is required.
