Job Description
An international law firm is actively looking for a trademark associate in its office in Shanghai, Beijing or Hong Kong. This role will sit in its China IPTech team, and will focus on a mix of trademark mattes, including trademark prosecution, unfair competition, IP enforcement as well as some dispute resolution work. Requirements
Ideally, you need to be PRC qualified and have gained at least 5 years’ prior experience at a leading PRC or an international law firm. Native Mandarin and fluent English is essential.
