London law firm McCarthy Denning has formed an alliance with Singapore-based legal boutique ArrowGates in a move to grow its Southeast and North Asia presence.
The association entails fee sharing and grants access to ArrowGates’ network of relationship firms across the region for the London firm, which was granted alternative business structure status three years ago and operates a flat structure of partner and senior associate-level lawyers.
This gives McCarthy Denning a boost in its ability to advise clients on cross-border matters in previously untapped jurisdictions including China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar and Thailand.
