The Supreme Court has quashed a decision by the Punjab and Haryana High Court upholding a state government demand for the payment of external development charges by Ansal Properties and Industries.
The case concerned charges that the Haryana government had imposed on Ansal, in relation to new colonies it is building in Gurgaon under the licence of the town and country planning director.
