TMT Law Practice, a boutique firm specializing in technology, media and telecommunications, has grown in Chennai after formally merging with a firm led by veteran practitioner A Prabhakar Reddy, APR Associates.
TMT now has a 13-member team in Chennai, including four equity partners. “We are very excited about this merger,” said partner Rajesh Ramanathan, who heads the South India practice for the firm. He added that he hoped TMT would become one of the leading litigation firms in the area.
