Zachary Song, formerly an of counsel at DLA Piper in Singapore, has relocated to London as a partner of Steptoe & Johnson, strengthening the firm’s Asian connections and international arbitration practice.
Song is an arbitration practitioner with extensive knowledge of construction, insurance and commercial issues. He has advised Asian and international clients on all legal aspects of construction projects, and has lived in New York, Singapore, Seoul and Bangkok.
Apart from being a qualified lawyer in New York, Song is a registered panel arbitrator of the Thailand Arbitration Centre and Xi’an Arbitration Commission. As a committee member and adviser to the Korean Association in Singapore, Song has also assisted the Korean community in Singapore on a pro bono basis.
