SNG & Partners has promoted Soumyajit Mitra, Subrata Mukherjee and Aditya Vikram Dua to partner, and Sweta Mehta, Samreen Paloba, Rashmi Raveendran and Jahnavi Dwarkadas are now associate partners.
Mitra, a law graduate from Symbiosis Law College (a deemed university) in Pune, brings 17 years of experience to the capital markets practice group.
Mukherjee, a law graduate from the University of Delhi, specialises in due diligence of title and advises on various real estate laws, with more than 17 years of experience.
Dua, holds a law degree from CCS University, with more than 12 years of experience working in the banking and financial services practice group.
Mehta has more than 12 years of experience in handling banking and finance matters, while Paloba has eight-plus years of experience in dealing with real estate issues.
Raveendran has provided legal advice on banking and finance, as well as general corporate matters for more than 13 years. Dwarkadas, on the other hand, has worked in private client practice for more than 12 years.
These promotions mean the firm now has a total of 28 partners and associate partners.
