Sidley Austin represented global investment firm KKR as lead investor in the USD180 million series F financing round of Livspace, a home interior and renovation platform serving homeowners in India, Malaysia and Singapore. Sidley Austin also represented KKR in its USD45 million investment to lead a series C funding round of GrowSari, a B2B e-commerce platform serving micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the Philippines. The financing round turned Livspace into a unicorn company valued at more than USD1 billion.
