Offshore law firm Mourant has appointed litigation lawyer Michael Popkin as a partner in its Hong Kong office. He was most recently counsel at another offshore law firm, Campbells, in Hong Kong for more than four years. Popkin has 25 years of experience advising international clients on disputes arising from a broad range of investment and commercial disputes in Asia, Australia and other major offshore jurisdictions. Previously, he spent almost 10 years working at Siam Premier International as foreign legal consultant in Bangkok, and DFDL in Phnom Penh as a partner.
