Shihui Partners beefs up the firm’s real estate and infrastructure expertise as it welcomes new partner Zhang Xian to its Beijing office.
Zhang was a senior associate at Zhong Lun Law Firm. In addition, she was formerly general counsel at Longfor Group and spent more than a decade in the real estate sector.
Leveraging on her expertise in real estate development, she has advised clients on property-related matters including investment and financing activities as well as rental arrangements. Furthermore, Zhang advised clients on projects related to residential and commercial buildings as well as hotels. She also assisted real estate and property management companies on overseas listings.
She wields another field of expertise in construction and infrastructure, having assisted in the tendering, management and settlement risk control of many large-scale constructions.
