Job Description
Our client is a global leader in new energy storage technology and hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to join their Shanghai office to support their growth. You will work on general corporate matters and a full range of M&A transactions, EPC projects, government regulations, etc.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 8 years’ PQE of commercial/corporate law experience, ideally in-house or at least secondment experience. Experience working with clients within the industrial sector is preferred. REF: CN327/VTA
