Job Description
A global leading food and beverage brand with a strong presence in the ASEAN market is seeking an additional lawyer to support their daily business activities and manage a range of corporate commercial matters. Based in Bangkok and working closely with the team you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of contracts and documents, also advising on legal risks, corporate governance matters for the Thailand market.
Requirements
The ideal candidate would be 8-12 PQE Thailand qualified lawyer, with strong legal advisory and documentation experience gained within the Food and Beverage/ FMCG/ Pharma or related industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required – fluency in English and drafting skills in Thai are a prerequisite. REF: 16392/VTA
