DSK Legal and Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu advised Japanese logistics provider KRS Corporation on acquiring a majority stake in Coldrush Logistics for an undiclosed amount.
The transaction involves KRS conducting a primary subscription to Coldrush-issued shares and a secondary purchase of stock from existing shareholder UAE-based Hydra Commercial Investments.
