International law firm Pinsent Masons has elected Richard Griffiths as its next managing partner, with his term beginning on 1 November 2026.
Griffiths will replace Laura Cameron and work alongside senior partner John Maciver.
He currently leads the firm’s global property group, which has expanded by 13% during his two years at the helm.
Griffiths began his career at Pinsent Masons as a trainee in 2002. Before taking charge of the property group, he headed the planning and environment practice, overseeing 53% growth over four years and helping extend its operations into Australia, the Middle East and Europe.
