Pinsent Masons has hired corporate energy and technology partner Joni Henry in Sydney, who joins from PwC Australia’s corporate advisory group.
At PwC, she was a partner and headed the legal teams in Sydney, Perth and Brisbane for six years.
Henry is experienced in advising public and private complex M&A, joint ventures, high net-worth advisory work and corporate governance with a focus on the energy, technology, science and industry sectors.
As Australia’s onshore renewables market continues to grow and tech advancements gather pace, Matthew Croagh, head of Pinsent Masons of Australia in Melbourne, said Henry brought the right sector specialisms to advise clients who are looking to invest in burgeoning markets on the ground and across a number of global markets.
