Job Description
Our client, a Nasdaq-listed enterprise software company, seeks an experienced Senior Legal Counsel. Based in Singapore and reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will play a vital role within the International Legal Team, offering advice, guidance, and support to the business and operations across APAC, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a focus on commercial transactions across APAC. You will also provide legal support on corporate, risk management, and compliance issues.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate should be Singapore qualified with a minimum of 6 to 8 years’ PQE and directly relevant experience gained from working in leading law firms and multinational technology companies (strong preference for candidates with existing In-house experience).
- Prior experience working within the software development, SaaS, and technology industries, along with solid expertise in IP and data privacy, are highly desired.
