Job Description
A global law firm is looking to add a senior corporate lawyer in its PRC offices in Shanghai, Beijing or Chongqing. In this role, you will work with international partners across its Asia Pacific offices and advise on international transactions. ABLJ8987
Requirements
Ideal candidates for this role should be qualified in the PRC, and has gained solid experience in corporate matters including cross-border M&A, FDI, JV, regulatory and compliance. You also need to be able to run transactions independently and have strong communication skills. Native Mandarin and fluent English is essential.
