Job Description
Join one of the most elite international law firms in China! Our client is consistently globally ranked in the M&A/corporate area. You will be part of an investing, growing practice with a clear strategic plan for China which includes a key partner hire. You will be responsible for managing high-level corporate and commercial transactions from across China, focusing on outbound deals and so will have a proven track record in managing outbound M&A transactions in a leading firm.
Requirements
A strong technical expert with experience in high-level business development work and the desire to drive growth in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment is sought. New York/Common Law/PRC qualification along with overseas experience is highly desirable. Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese skills are mandatory. REF: 16496/VTA
