Job Description
Our client, a leading international law firm with a long presence in the Asia Pacific and a track record of top-tier clients, is looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join their Hong Kong’s IP/IT team.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be Common Law qualified at Senior Associate or Counsel level with at least 5 years’ PQE in contentious and non-contentious soft IP and IT areas, infringement matters, and portfolio management with a top-tier IP practice.
- Prior experience in handling both HK and China projects and working with China-based clients is highly desirable.
- Fluency in written and verbal English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese Chinese is essential. REF: 16796/VTA
