Sarvasūkṣma has expanded its corporate and M&A capabilities with the appointment of Rika Rusman as a partner, aligning with the market’s needs.
“The rise in M&A transactional activity in Indonesia has led to greater demand for quality legal services with value-driven structure. Future clients therefore will benefit from the level of experience that Rika possesses,” Yoshivan Immanuel, founding partner of Sarvasūkṣma, told Asia Business Law Journal.
Rusman brings more than 15 years of experience, advising Indonesian and international companies, private equity firms and funds on major transactions across various industries.
Before joining Sarvasūkṣma, Rusman was a counsel at Witara Cakra Advocates, an affiliate of White & Case, and previously an associate at Ginting & Reksodiputro (affiliated with Allen & Overy, which is now A&O Shearman) and HHP Law Firm. Rusman also gained international experience with a stint in the corporate practice group at Allen & Overy’s London office.
