Rui Bai law firm has appointed Barbara Li, a former Norton Rose Fulbright partner, as the head of corporate, China.
Li, who specializes in foreign direct investment, M&A and outbound investment, was the head of China TMT and fintech practices at Norton Rose.
“What attracted me was that Rui Bai’s legal team was able to provide holistic services and global coverage,” she told China Business Law Journal, adding her new firm’s integrated business and legal professions could provide an all-in-one service on matters including law, taxation, financial due diligence, corporate finance, risk assurance and human resources.
