Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC) has added M&A lawyer Kenneth Leong as a corporate partner in Singapore, who has brought a team of associates from Quahe Woo & Palmer (QWP).
Leong, previously a director at the Singapore-based QWP, specialises in M&A and corporate law. He has extensive experience in advising on complex and high-value corporate transactions for businesses from a broad spectrum of sectors from renewable energy, data centres, logistics and manufacturing to healthcare, education and food and beverage.
As the former head of corporate M&A at QWP, Leong has led domestic and cross-border M&A deals for private equity funds, publicly listed companies, sovereign wealth fund-backed entities, multinational corporations and family offices, including private equity-led buyouts, vendor auction sale processes and strategic joint ventures.
Prior to joining QWP, Leong was a partner at Singapore’s leading law firm, WongPartnership.
