In a move that differentiates the firm from its Delhi-based namesake, Mumbai-headquartered Singhania & Co has been renamed K Singhania & Co.
The firm was founded in 1992 by Krrishan Singhania, the son of DC Singhania, who founded the Delhi-based firm of the same name. Krrishan Singhania’s brother, Ravi, heads another Delhi-based firm, Singhania & Partners.
