Capstone Legal, a dispute resolution and corporate advisory law firm in India, has joined forces with Olisa Agbakoba Legal (OAL), a leading Nigerian law firm, to provide legal services to international clients.
It is the first tie-up between a Nigerian and an Indian law firm to provide legal services that involve multiple jurisdictions collaboratively.
“Nigeria has the highest GDP in Africa, and India is now the fifth-largest economy in the world. There is a growing need for specialized legal services to cater to the needs of companies and high net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in both countries,” Ashish Kumar Singh, managing partner of Capstone Legal, told India Business Law Journal.
