Ramandeep Singh has joined IP law firm KAnalysis as a partner and the head of its global IP research department in New Delhi.
Singh has a decade of experience in this field and was previously with Rucapillan IP where he was a managing director. He also formerly held positions at Thomson Reuters, Stellarix and Clairvolex.
He also holds accreditations from the Indian Patent Office and the World Intellectual Property Organisation and is also a registered patent agent in India.
He has extensive experience in carrying out standard essential patent analysis, patent validity/invalidity search, landscape analysis, portfolio analysis, infringement search, claim mapping studies, provisional and complete patent application drafting, and patent filing in India (national phase, convention application).
