Delhi-based law firm PSA Legal Counsellors recently hired Mahendra Singh to chair its intellectual property practice. Prior to joining PSA, Singh worked with Macmillan India as a legal adviser, representing the company in a large number of successful publishing ventures including those involving the United Nations Children’s Fund, the United Nations Development Programme, the World Bank and the World Wildlife Fund. He also successfully represented Macmillan in a domain name dispute, and devised and implemented the company’s anti-piracy strategy, which included raids carried out in various locations in India.
