AZB & Partners announced in July that Prabhjot Singh Bhullar has joined the firm as a partner in its projects practice.
Formally with Kochhar & Co, Bhullar has worked with clients on diverse legal, regulatory, policy, financing and contractual issues. His experience includes advising developers, investors, lenders, utilities, consumers and regulatory institutions on a broad spectrum of issues connected with several projects in India.
Bhullar has recently been active with industry associations in addressing issues related to the creation of a legal policy and regulatory framework for biofuels in India.
