International law firm Clifford Chance is strengthening its presence in Australia with the appointment of Philip Podzebenko as a corporate practice partner in Sydney.
Real estate and infrastructure M&A expert Podzebenko joins with more than 20 years of experience advising private capital and strategic investors on real asset M&A, public M&A, and capital markets transactions.
His addition is expected to enhance the firm’s capabilities in real estate and infrastructure investments, strengthen relationships with private capital investors, and solidify its market leadership in private equity, energy transition, and infrastructure.
