Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed Sydney-based Tricia Hobson as its first female global chair.
Hobson will take up the firm’s ambassadorial posting in January for one year, replacing Stephen Parish. Parish’s term expires this month but he will continue as chair of the firm in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Hobson, currently Australian chair, is a litigation partner specializing in class actions in the insurance sector.
