Regulatory disputes firm Neeti Niyaman plans to have a presence across the country, and opening its first office outside of Delhi in Mumbai is part of its expansion plan. “Starting out as a firm with a focus on regulatory practice, diversifying our portfolio of services and having a pan-India presence is our long-term goal,” founding partner Sakya Chaudhuri told India Business Law Journal.

“We feel that there is an unaddressed market for regulatory practice in Mumbai, besides the potential for developing banking, real estate, general corporate and arbitration practice. That apart, our decision to start with our Mumbai office was largely influenced by the insistence of our existing clients.”
